"Great place for insurance. Got the same coverage on my 2 vehicles for half of what was paying. I set up an appointment and was greeted immediately by a representative. My appointment was with Thomas Mifflin and what a pleasant individual. He took the time to answer all my questions and went well above what was expected. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new policy. My appreciation to Trevor and his staff, especially Thomas, for a great experience."

"Jeremy is my agent for both auto and life insurance, he has been nothing short of phenomenal, even addressing concerns after hours, and saving me and my family money unprompted. "I want you all to know Mrs. KAYLA AT STATE FARM IN Showlow, az. Makes a great Team member. She is always going out of her way to fix a proublem. She's not affraid of hard work.. she's just always so amazing to all of us... if she can't find something, then she tells you, am doing my home work. And we will find it. "Chloe was beyond amazing and helpful when we were working on getting insurance for a piece of property. "The absolute WORST experience EVERY single time I need to change ANYTHING on my policy. 1- I CANNOT get anyone at this office to answer the phone. 2- I CANNOT get a single person from this office to call me back WITHIN A WEEK from any correspondence. 3- I CANNOT get ANYONE from this office to respond to an email. And you would think calling the 24/7 assistance line for State Farm would help? NOPE. They just say that they will send a message to the local office for them to call. I begin work before this location opens and end long after they close. I work 6 days a week and often work out of town. I CANNOT JUST COME INTO THE OFFICE WHEN I NEED POLICY ADJUSTMENTS. This team needs to get better about responding to their clients. I have NEVER dealt with such an inattentive and seemingly careless insurance company before. I thought the savings was worth it. It’s not. I will be scouting competitors even if my rates are higher. Despise this company as EVERY encounter I have had with them has been excruciating."
